CNC Fiber Laser Cutting

A precise process involving a high-powered laser beam to vaporize the material along a defined cutting path and is known for its accuracy, speed, and minimal material waste, making it widely used in various industries.
  • Suitable Materials:
    Carbon Steel, Aluminium, Stainless Steel

  • Thickness Range:
    Carbon Steel ≥ 50mm
    Stainess Steeel ≥ 40mm
    Aluminium ≥ 30mm

  • Tolerance:
    20mm & Below: ≥ 0.5mm
    Above 20mm: ≥ 1mm

  • Cutting Table Size:
    3100mm x 12500mm

CNC HD Plasma Cutting

A process that utilises a high-velocity jet of ionized gas (plasma) to cut through electrically-conductive materials. The plasma, generated by passing gas through a narrow nozzle and an electric arc, heats and melts the material, resulting in precise and swift cuts.
  • Suitable Materials:
    Carbon Steel, Aluminium, Stainless Steel

  • Thickness Range:
    Carbon Steel ≥ 50mm
    Stainess Steeel ≥ 30mm
    Aluminium ≥ 25mm

  • Tolerance:
    ± 1 - 2mm

CNC Oxy Fuel Cutting

A thermal cutting process utilizing a mixture of oxygen and fuel gas to create a high-temperature flame where iron oxide is being blown away, forming a cavity.
  • Suitable Materials:
    Carbon Steel or Steel whose oxides have a lower melting point than the base itself

  • Thickness Range:
    5mm to 400mm

  • Tolerance:
    ± 1 - 2mm

  • Cutting Table Size:
    3400mm x 25000mm

CNC Waterjet Cutting

A process that uses a high-pressure stream of water mixed with abrasive particles that is directed to create clean and precise cuts in various materials.
  • Suitable Materials:
    All kinds of Materials

  • Tolerance:
    ± 1 - 5mm depending on Thickness and Material

    2000mm x 3000mm
